I enjoy collaborating with software engineers and working with other stakeholders to achieve common goals and the company mission. I am excited to leverage my personal experience and soft skills to better achieve both personal and professional growth, while delivering value as an IC in a Software Engineering position.

I have experience with Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React, HTML and CSS, and Git. I have deployed to Heroku and Netlify. I have built my own API’s with Ruby, and integrated third-party API’s. I’m well versed in REST principles. I’m happy to learn new programming languages to suit current and future company needs. I am primarily seeking a remote position.

Self taught for a few years, I decided to enroll in Flatiron's Online, Self-Paced, Full Stack Software Engineering Program. Since completing the curriculum in December, 2020, I have served in a professional capacity as a software engineer since 2021.
